Thomas II : return

Dear Mr. C,

I was pleased to receive your letter of Sept. 27 and to learn that you feel you have been making progress in understanding electrogravitics. I must admit that it is more than I can say.

All theory, of course, must eventually stand the test of experiment. Can you devise a critical test?

Nothing has yet been published on the electrical self-potential in rocks ("Petrovoltaic Phenomenon") but I understand that the subject will be discussed at a meeting of the Geophysical Union in San Francisco in December. Project Winterhaven and Project Xerxes are still (industrially) classified and information is not available probably for another year.

Kindest regards,

Sincerely,

T. Townsend Brown
