Mr. Brown,

It has been a while since I last contacted you, so I thought I would "touch bases," and bring you up-to-date on the things I have been doing.

On the whole, I haven't followed your advice of nearly nine years ago, when you tried to dissuade me from pursuing electrogravitic research. Am I ever glad I went ahead! I have studied two of your patents, number 3,018,394 and number 2,949,550; I have read extensively the historical researches of such giants as Michael Faraday and Robert H. Goddard (that was a surprise to me!) and lesser-knowns such as Jules Plantier of France; I have been corresponding with my contemporaries, such as Mr. H. of Houston; and I, for my part, have taken the task of finding the underlying principles of the phenomena associated with electrogravitation. Last summer, I hit upon the underlying principle, which can be best summarized as follows: using Rieman's psuedospheres, describing n-dimensional geometry to represent the energy-event lattice or`matrix, I demonstrated that, due to the elastic nature of the matrix, electrogravitation produced a shockwave, the dissipation of which produced a motion on the object! I am now endeavoring to formalize my proofs, while I am finishing up my B.S. in Physics (going for the "union card", uh, I mean Doctorate). All in all, it has been an absolute joy so far, with a very bright road ahead, this path I've chosen. You have been an inspiration to me, your own advice not withstanding; I just wanted you to know that. Would it be possible to obtain a copy of "Electrical Self-Potential in Rocks"? Or of the "Project Winterhaven" proposal? I've heard mention of the "Xerxes Project" Is this also involved in electrogravitics? I thank you again for your example and inspiration through the years. I look forward to hearing from you, if you please.

Tom C.
