Dear Dr. Brown,

I wrote to you in June or July 1980, and I am sorry to hear you are in ill health. I certainly hope you are feeling better now.

Thank you for your 'form letter.' It was of some help and I wanted to ask two things:

1) I assume from the way "Biefeld-Brown effect" is written that Biefeld is the name of a colleague. Could you tell me his full name and where I might contact him?

2) In the area of gravitation, are there any books, references or papers that you can recommend for me to study? Most of what I can find deals with primarily with astrophysics.

I appreciate your help immensely. I hope you have a Merry Christmas and happy New Year.

Sincerely yours,

Steve L.
