Dear Mr. Brown,

My third try to get information on how you construct your capacitors was also unsuccessful. SRI has no information in their files on your work.

I am hoping a shield effect on a wheel will get it to turn. Such rotors could be used to generate electric power, as size and weight could be considerable and be satisfactory for use in an electric power plant. Perhaps you will do something, and make the tests yourself.

To do the degravitation shield tests performed by Dr. Brush in the 20's should not be too hard. With improved capacitor dielectrics the tests should show much more results.
