Dear Mr. Brown,

I received your letter of December 28th and was pleased that you responded. I was sorry to hear that the information on electrogravitics is still confidential.

Since this material is classified, I have decided to pursue nonclassified information in this field. I am writing this letter to ask your assistance. I would like to read articles published by you or by anyone else that you believe would help me prepare for when the electrogravitics material is declassified. I would appreciate any assistance that you could offer in locating such articles.

There is also one question that has been bothering me about the confidential status of the research. I will understand if you cannot answer. Are the research institutions not releasing information because they are taking time to determine whether electrogravity actually exists or are they taking time to come up with an explanation for it? I can understand their delay if they are trying to devise a unified field theory.

I look forward to hearing from you again.

Sincerely,

Harry W.
