Dear Mr. Brown,

The question posed in the penultimate sentence of your letter of 29 December is not straightforward to answer. I can imagine some electrochemical reactions that could conceivably "be influenced" by radiation but the influences and the magnitude of resulting effects on electric potential differences would depend crucially on the exact nature of the "complex electrochemical reactions" as envisioned by your "research team at Cal State (L.A.)" I cannot comment further.
